Since I've had time on my hands I've learned to cook. Tonight was chicken, with parmesan sauce, spinach, bacon and penne pasta.

Tonight was larb moo lettuce wraps with a tai cucumber salad. If you haven't tried pork larb you should try it. I poach the pork in galangal infused water then add fish sauce, soy sauce, shallots, ginger, garlic, torn basil, and toasted rice. The sauce is sambal oolek chili paste, raw sugar, lime juice, and ginger.The salad is english cucumbers, shallots, green onions, vinegar, raw sugar, cilantro, garlic, and ginger.
