Smythe is an idiot.. There is no question that they didn't have the ability to care for children when they allowed the face of a baby girl to be eaten off by ferrets.. Again, God I hate stupid..

Smythe is an idiot but oddly smart enough to drag two other unnamed agencies into it so he can claim he wasn't the only stupid one.

I'm thinking that the parents gave the little girl Baby Tylenol or cold medicine or something to make the baby sleep.. I just can't see anyone being able to sleep to the sound of a screaming baby.. Maybe the parents were knocked out from taking some kind of drug and they didn't hear their little girl..
Its just a sad story that should have never happened.. Dammit..
