It's stated in the 6 writings by each jurist as to why it was struck down.
The whole Roe v. Wade ruling was built on a house of cards to begin with, even the jurists back then recognized the legal shaky ground of their decision.
All in all congress kept kicking the can down the road to draft legislation to codify abortion services over the years, but as always, they needed campaign slogans instead, so here we are, a ruling that returns the issue back to the states and their people.

Stop for a minute and think, many of these women who choose the option are dirt poor junkies.
The number of these women on opioids, meth, fetal alcohol syndrome, heroin, or synthetic opioids (like fentanyl) the number of special needs children born into this type of hell will be numerous and expensive.
The foster-care system is expensive and already overburdened.
Are you prepared to pay more in welfare to raise these future tax burdens until they make the prison system?

^^ yes, he does, he’s told me this to my face at a little gathering a couple of years ago, nice guy, a little too zealous but much better than Potatohead and wouldn’t kill small businesses at the drop of a hat.Would absolute “no abortion” be passed in the house and senate? Most likely no, the Jensen would sign that version into law after he wins this fall.
