I make my own hot sauce for eggs. I have autoimmune encephalitis and because of the multiple seizures a day I've had a lot of free time so I learned to cook. Making and canning hot sauce was one of the first things youtube taught me.

good to see people use access to expanded learning opportunities in useful ways.those capabilities are wasted on folks like Self Abandoned. .

My cooking started when I saw a history channel show that said pizza was just flour, water, yeast, tomato, and milk. So I decided I'd learn how to make pizza using those ingredients, and youtube had videos for every part of it.
