Jan. 29 2017 Arrived at 7:30 pm. Registrars were closed, Manager had left employees did not know how to login to accept our money unable to be served. Went elsewhere. Plenty of food on Buffet no other customers in restaurant.

Not a fan. Ranks right up there with frozen food. Lots of food little flavor. It gets a second star for price with the fact is all you can eat

Around 7pm, there wasn't much fresh food on the buffet. Employees seemed interested in finishing closing duties rather than making sure the buffet was presentable for the final customers of the evening. Pizza request was brought to table and tasted great.

Second time out on a Thursday night (About 5 - 6 weeks ago & tonight) Chicken not bad, pizza counter, NOT good, pizza was cold, old, and for the most part nasty!!!! I don't recall a fresh pizza being put out the whole time we were there (between 6:30 - 7:30 ish). I'm thinking it will be awhile before we are there again!

I love their fried chicken and potato wedges, only tried the buffet once, and wasn't impressed.Still beats the hamburgers I got from our local McDonalds.

I can say I've never been impressed with the AL pizza ranch. I've been to several in the midwest and the AL one is by far the worst.

It happened about a month ago, I'd rather not say which one. Everybody has bad days, and the manager gave me a couple coupons for sandwiches for the trouble.

I bought a 10 piece chicken and 8 potato wedges Tuesday night, and polished off 9 pieces of chicken, and 7 of the wedges in one sitting. Then ate the rest for breakfast yesterday. I could eat their chicken a couple times a week but I don't think my doctor would approve of that much fried food.
