California like Minnesota is a donor State, meaning we give the federal government more in tax dollars than we receive, the blue states are supporting the red states with their failed or failing economic policy..California actually has the 6th biggest economy in the world...

They're not leaving, this petition is old news the guy who started said it's a form of protest, a taxation without representation thing..Gov. Brown said he'll withhold California federal tax if Trump withholds funds from California cities who Trump considers sanctuary cities... States Rights and Constitutional battle is about to ensue..

This Calexit started back in August 2015, it did some news coverage back then under the Yes California Independence Campaign..it's not very popular among Californians..the pissing match between Brown and Trump could be more of a concern..
