i am in need of a dentist since my dentist will no longer be practicing after the first of the year. any & all comments would be appreciated. i just do not want to take a shot in the dark as i need some serious work done. local or not recommendations would be welcome.

My family sees Dr Bland at Aurora dental and we've always been happy with his work.

If you want an arrogant ass working on your teeth, definitely see Dr. Bland! More people have left his practice and gone to American Family Dental

Who did you go with as your dentist? Do you like him/her?

Dentist in Northwood is nice but very expensive compared to Uptown Dental.

Does anyone know of a dentist that will replace fillings?

Every dentist I've been to wants to give me a root canal $850 and a crown $850..

I recently purchased 5 specific sized stainless molar crown's for $27 and glass ionomer to cement into place.. I also purchased the straight and curved trimming shear to cut crown to size.. Crown fits perfect..

Iso-form is easier to work with than stainless Steel. Get everything on Ebay.. Tooth needs to be ground down at the dentist to fit crown..

This chart and sizing is almost impossible to find on the internet at link above.. This chart is for adults.. Primary crowns are used for small children with baby teeth..

Good Luck..
