Obama doubles US troop levels in Iraq
President orders postelection surge, seeks $5.6 billion for military campaign

Wasn’t it Paul Wolfowitz one of Bush’s Boys who said the Iraqi war would pay for itself, just when does that start? And now Obama
wants 5.6 billion more for this sinkhole.

We spent a combined 7 trillion in these Mideast sinkholes when do we see some return on our investment?

War is just a racket to steal our tax dollars the Republicans and the Democrats have sold US out!

That was a mistake first made by Bush and now Bambino.  The bigger mistake could easily by the later.

We should have seized the oil wells when we were there.  Kept the majority of the proceeds from them until we were reimbursed and continued to control them in the future.

Doesn't the victor of a war enjoy the spoils?  Oh, yeah.  Obama bugged out and left the oil flow for the Chinese.

Obama now claims that what the military calls the "< Obama bugout" > was actually Iraq’s idea, not his. Iraq, according to the President, refused to negotiate a reasonable status of forces agreement. So, Obama now says, we had no choice but to leave.

Of course, Bambino blames anyone he can find.

(SOFA) the Withdrawal agreement between Iraq and the United States, signed by President George W. Bush in 2008. It established that U.S. combat forces would withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30, 2009, and all U.S. forces will be completely out of Iraq by December 31, 2011.
