Or maybe we can refine those comments down to a brief few comments.  < I don't know. >

Mr. Holder.  How are we suppose to get to the bottom of this?

Posted by Santorini on May 16 2013,10:11 am
He sure doesn't know much about what goes on in his department. Like fast and furious. .I didn't get that memo!!!

That sorry excuse of cells and dna, is down right worthless, stupid and retarded, has ZERO intelligence.
Guess that is what we get for an idiot who averaged an D+ in law school.

That's the problem with our current day govt. They get the title but have no idea what they do. :finger:

I'd like to know if it's Holder who is leading the way on how not to answer questions to Congress or if it's someone higher up the chain who is teaching everyone this wonderful job.  I mean the people of this country are getting the same kind of snow job from Chief Inspector Sparrow at the IRS as we did from ATF Jones.  Holder is repeating I don't know, Obama keep telling us he wasn't aware of anything and now Miller will only answer a yes or no question with "I answered all the questions."  Miller absolutely refuses to name names or pass on where these directives came from.

In a court of law, wouldn't he been held in contempt?

White House announced yesterday that the Justice department will investigate who authorized the investigation of the Fox News reporter.  Turns out Eric Holder authorized the investigation!  Now Holder has to investigate Holder?? :dunno:

I find it inconceivable that ANY news organization would even consider meeting with Perjurer Holder to discuss anything "off the record."

Attorney General Eric Holder expressed concern on Thursday about how the Department of Justice has handled recent media investigations at an off-the-record meeting with leading representatives of the press, according to those who were present.

This is old but it's good.

I think all the top officials from every administration and almost every agency from the last several administrations should be put on trial, and kept on trial until things are answered and the correct people are held accountable.

But of course that isn't going to happen, so I'll just keep hoping we the people start waking up, realize how full of BS it all is, realize things need to change ASAP, and start demanding change.

Posted by grassman on May 31 2013,6:25 am
Very Good!  Rumsfeld had the nerve to go on CBS Morning News a few weeks ago and say that the only thing Obama has taken responsibility for was Bin Ladin. When is Rumsfeld going to take responsibility for his crimes.
Our country is owned by big business, plain and simple. the world has been opened up for their plucking at the expense of our troops and citizens.

That's ironic, given that the only real weapon of mass destruction Donald Rumsfeld was ever truly aware of was Aspartame.

I think for his part in Fast and Furious, he belongs in jail.  He should be further investigated on the probable coverup  in Oklahoma City of the Alfred P. Murray building bombing.

Holder should be indicted for:

QUOTE
Count 1: Perjury for the May 15th statement before the House Judiciary that you, Eric Holder, know nothing about the potential prosecution of the press, that it's not something you've ever been involved in.  When in truth, you not only knew the statement was not true, but you actually personally approved the seeking of a warrant for those records.

Count 2: Knowingly making a false statement in relation to a matter within the jurisdiction of the legislative branch, for that same testimony.  Although here, with an enhanced sentence for obstruction.

Count 3:  For your role in Fast and Furious, aiding and abetting a false statement in a letter to the Senate Judiciary committee dated February 4, 2011 by your deputy, Ron Weich, stating unequivocally there was no gun walking and no weapons sent across the Mexican border.  Which statement was also a lie and you had to admit after.

Count 4: Misprision of a felony for your knowledge when you had a duty to stop the gun running to Mexico and your failure to do so.

Count 5:  Perjury for lying to Congress that you first heard about Fast and Furious in late April 2011 when even the president admits he knew about it before that.

Count 6: Conspiracy - allowing for the use of and providing guns to the Mexican cartel during a drug trafficking offense in furtherance of a drug conspiracy.

Note the ongoing silence from the lefties on the board. Yet if this happened on Bush's watch, they'd be in full pitchfork-and-torch mode. Seems pretty hypocritical, to me.  :(

You hear something, SB?  :dunno:  All I hear is the breeze.

The only conspiracy I can see involves Holder.  But a a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime.  So who is Holder's co-conspirator(s)?

Best part of the clip is where the delusional republican calls it "the most important issue in front of this country over the last 6 weeks"

And they wonder why they keep losing elections.

Posted by Self-Banished on Jun. 15 2013,3:25 pm
^usually you're a pretty bright boy but what are you thinking when one party uses the IRS as a hammer to stifle the free speech of the another?

If it were the other was around the libs would be squealing like stuck pigs. This is wrong from both sides.

Posted by Liberal on Jun. 15 2013,3:43 pm
Now you're blaming the democratic party? Did you miss the testimony from the conservative republican that worked there? Oh that's right that partisan hack Issa won't release the transcripts of his testimony because the sheeple might lose interest in "the most important issue in front of this country".

QUOTE

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. Internal Revenue Service manager, who described himself as a conservative Republican, told congressional investigators that he and a local colleague decided to give conservative groups the extra scrutiny that has prompted weeks of political controversy.

In an official interview transcript released on Sunday by Democratic Representative Elijah Cummings, the manager said he and an underling set aside "Tea Party" and "patriot" groups that had applied for tax-exempt status because the organizations appeared to pose a new precedent that could affect future IRS filings.

Please don't call the Democrat party the "democratic" party, there's nothing democratic about them.

Republican?Democrat? Who can tell the difference anymore? :dunno:

Posted by MADDOG on Nov. 15 2013,10:56 am
Yesterday republican lawmakers led by Rep. Pete Olson inroduced articles of impeachment against Holder calling for his removal from office for failing to comply with congressional subpoenas relating to the Fast and Furious operation.  Also his refusal to prosecute any officials of the Internal Revenue Service in connection with the scandal over disclosing tax records belonging to political donors, and for his involvement in seeking confidential information about reporters from their employers and for refusing to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, the Controlled Substances Act and the Anti-Drug Abuse Act.

If you remember, back in 2012 it was voted overwhelmingly to hold him in contempt for failing to provide information in a complete and timely manner.

This may turn out to only be symbolic, but it does set presidence.

So should Holder be impeached?

He's not going until they find his replacement...which could be never.  Who would want that job for a year and a half anyway?
Posted by MADDOG on Sep. 27 2014,10:42 am
Both he and Bambino know they have to get someone appointed and confirmed before the lame ducks go home in November.  Actually, they will try to get a nomination before the midterms.  Remember what Obama did with the NLRB appointees?  SCOTUS later  ruled he had not followed the rule of law.  Reid got the nuclear option instated which will eventually bite the dems asp.  Bambino and Reid will try to ramrod someone through before the new Congress opens next January.
