One area man is dead and another is in custody tonight after a shooting near Spring Valley last night.Authorities say the shooting happened sometime early Friday evening at a home in Spring Valley township, leaving a Rochester man dead, a rural Spring Valley man in custody, and investigators trying to piece together exactly what happened.
