Check dis out...(KAAL) -- When Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi answered her phone today she wasn't expecting to hear what she did, and the person calling her wasn't expecting what she got. Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi describes the odd phone call: "At about noon I received a phone call on my cell phone and I was thinking it was a family member and I said ‘Yeah, what do you want?’ and she said a nickel bag. And I said, ‘What!? A nickel bag?’ and she goes ‘Yeah’. I said, who are you trying to call? She said Laura. I said, ‘Well, you don't have Laura, you have the sheriff’. And she said ‘Oh sorry’ and she hung up the phone." When the juvenile called back a second time, Amazi handed her phone to a deputy. The deputy told the girl his name was "Dupe" and he said he'd meet her at Reed's Fourth Avenue Convenience Store in Austin, with the nickel bag.
