Isn't about time people around the world demand a new paradigm other than the proliferation of these cataclysmic weapons?

We all pay for all this stuff: These end-of-the-world doomsday security measures. Then 4-5 guys around the world attempt to scare us with it every day.

It's a security measure alright: We keep paying for it al to hold ourselves as perpetual hostages.

Guy like this Putin is just part of all that.

How about we hold a FREEDOM rally for ending all that: Instead of a Trump rally disguised as something else.

Conspiracy theories aside, those killings were done by nut jobs or singular people with an agenda against a leader. Unless you can come up with other evidence, none of those leaders unilaterally decided to invade a sovereign nation.
Comparing them with Putin is just absurd.
I'm not saying I wouldn't like to see Putin dead, but man sometimes we gotta think through the unintended consequences.

I have twin grandchildren that are half Russian, their father didn't come to the US until he was 13 and he's in his mid 20's now. He seems to still completely support Putin after living half his life here so I don't see the Russian people overthrowing Putin.

Very happy for anyones success. More happy when they do so in an honest manner and in a way that helps others along the way. Was merely pointing out how many he has been able to trick. Truly a skill he has put to use.

People degrade and put down others due to their own low self-esteem and lack of assertiveness and emotional maturity. They do this to cover up their own incompetencies and weaknesses, and the only way to keep their ego afloat and image boosted is to find fault, critise, put down, degrade, complain, ridicule, and tear into the others, as this empowers them and feels good. What they do is a reflection of their own characteristics, weakness, and hollowness within, which they must mask and hide, by these superficial dramas.

looks like a somewhat posh area where they interviewed

saw another thing like that that was outside a school. it was a mixed bag of answers. mostly against. but there were some flippant pro war answers from some young males. hard to tell if they were serious or not.

during the Irag invasion. had people from outside the United States ask me why 'we' were there. told them that not everybody condoned it. that lots of people were in fact very vehemently against it. that action wasn't necessarily indicative of the entire countries wishes.

now that we live in a time where people have a chance to get a better view beyond their own countries propaganda. makes these, imo antiquated warring actions, obsolete.

here's another interview piece. some of the people don't want to say they're against the invasion. in a way not that dissimilar to the United States today. lots of people caught up in their politics and religion. and what you say could get you in trouble socially and at work. churches espousing a political bent. (in Albert Lea you have to be a republican and go to the biggest Lutheran church in town right?)

They say that sarcasm is a big thing there because they think the govt. won't go after them.

My Russian immigrant great-grandfather was apparently treated poorly by a Lutheran foreman while working on the railroad in Kansas. He never got over it, and disliked Lutherans the rest of his life, and his daughter "my grandma" pretty much held similar views. I think a lot of it was because Lutherans, and Catholics, have similar views. So I've been in a Lutheran church 3 times for weddings, and 2 of those times were my own wedding.

Growing up with a Russian grandma was interesting. When she was in her mid 70's she asked my brother and I to move a fridge back into her kitchen. After a 1/2hr of tryng to fit it through narrow door I said, "Grandma, why didn't you have the flooring people put this back in there, since they took it out?" Her response was, "They didn't take it out, I did, and I don't want to move it back".
