My mother and my daughter went up to the courthouse in Monday to vote early. In order to get into the courthouse they have one entrance open at the law enforcement area and to go through that entrance they had to go through a metal detector, while someone did a cursory search of their purses for weapons.Why would they ever need to search your personal belongings for you to exercise your right to vote. Especially when the Auditor's office is not even close to the courts, or the jail?
It seems to me it's a great way to suppress the early voting turnout of certain voters.

I just can't believe that in America my 74 year old mother had her purse searched just to vote, and some POS govt lackey asked her if she had anything in her purse that she shouldn't have before searching it.

Greedy? Seems like that whole Supreme Court situation could qualify as greedy: Let's let the next president decide. . . hah
All the religious zealots that will suspend their supposed rock core tenets to get what they perceive as righteous. That seems pretty unscrupulous and greedy. Well to me anyway. You can forgive the Pussy-Grabber- in-Chief but Obammer was the Antichrist. And Jesus was so darned happy when the TV show guy won the presidency.
Would agree the making sense guy did offer some pretty good observations for people to ponder.
But the half-thing that everybody always refers to: How accurate is THAT? Is it really half the people support the guy they vote for? Or is it you only get two choices and you're hardly ever excited about either of them?
