^^It let me read the Article no problem, the PROBLEM renaming the city would be a logistical nightmare...who pays the cost? Not only would mapping and road signs need to be changed throughout the State but each and every ALBERT LEA resident would have to update identification, licensing, certifications, banking and credit info etc etc etc......
