So, you're saying that the U.S. taxpayer will be who pays for that wall? Thanks, many of us knew that all along, but glad to hear some of the Trump supporters are finally figuring it out.

Oh this is just a stash of money that could be tapped, making Mexico pay will be tougher. It will be entertaining to watch these cities squirm when the spigot's turned off.
