So after whining about the popular vote, pulling a recount with the help of a schill only in states stroke lady lost, laying  blame to "fake news" sites, now comes the CIA by direction of Buster to investigate Russian influence.

This from an administration that tried influencing other countries elections.

It's hard to deny someone delivered thousands of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager, the Democratic National Convention and others, to Wikileaks.

Doesn't it seem the least bit suspicious all these hacks were directed at one candidate/party? This cyber crime was indeed a coordinated effort to influence the outcome of our Nations election..

Our intelligence agency's say they've tracked the hack to Russia..

Julian Assange of WikiLeaks has published thousands of stolen classified US documents, particularly State Department cables. Isn't it time to charge him and go after the hackers? We're talking cyber theft of personal and classified documents.

Russia overthrew the US government though rigging an election...

Trump will try to sweep the issue under a rug after his inauguration.. Just as his minion tries in his post...

Posted by Self-Banished on Dec. 11 2016,8:04 am
^^ but the whole thing is not that they stole the emails, it's that Stoke lady got caught, nothing more, nothing less. The dems need to look inwards as far as their problems go, in the last 8 years they've lost a sh!tload of power on all levels, federal, state, local.

Overthrew?? Pathetic

As far as arresting Assange? Good luck with that

Two of your links have nothing to do with a Russian hack..
the third opens nothing..proving you're nothing but a hack...

That's the kicker, there's no proof of a Russan hack. There was a hack on the dem's email and stroke lady's but not proven yet to be Russian. But the the just of the story is, the dems were exposed, implemented, true colors shown, caught with their hands in the cookie jar, how many times or ways do I have to put it to you till you get it through that thick, poutine stuffed melon of yours

THEY GOT CAUGHT, some of it back stabbing their own as in Batsh!t. Plus a plethora of other shenanigans.

Yet you're gonna sh!t piss and of course, moan till the cows come home that you were as pure as the wind driven snow innocent.

You, they, Buster can investigate till the cows fall over dead, there's note going to be anything that can be done and in 40 days Trump will be sworn in as the 45th president of the US.

And for you it's going to be a long 8 years.

I see you're still trying to spin Putin's US election victory..
read the link idgit..they've tracked it to Russia..they haven't as of yet tied it to the Russian Government but tweety bird is entangled with the Russian oligarchs.. you don't suppose these oligarchs would want their own stooge heading OUR Government..nah that would never happen..idgit..

The U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including from US political organizations. The recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts.

With Obama at the helm, too many guys were getting man crushes on Putin. This is a no-no. The Russians always have to be the bad guys.

All this smokescreen means that the U.S. intelligence community has a new propaganda tool to malign the Russians with. Failing that, they'll exhume McCarthy.

If our election system is really that vulnerable to hacking, maybe it's time to rethink this whole Internet thing.

Posted by Expatriate on Dec. 11 2016,4:40 pm
Don't worry about the internet Chancellor Trump has a plan to silence any opposition..

quote Trump:
QUOTE
Trump said earlier this month that he was in favor of closing parts of the Internet and brushed aside fears about restricting freedom of speech: “We have to go see Bill Gates and a lot of different people that really understand what’s happening. We have to talk to them about, maybe in certain areas, closing that Internet up in some way. Somebody will say, ‘Oh freedom of speech, freedom of speech.’ These are foolish people. We have a lot of foolish people.”

Posted by Self-Banished on Dec. 12 2016,3:52 am
^^ got a link to that or are you just spewing internet trip?

We dodged a bullet when stoke lady took out Batsh!t.

Like it or not we're in for a lot of change, personally, I'm excited about it.

Posted by irisheyes on Dec. 12 2016,6:16 am
^Oh, you don't believe Trump advocated closing the internet up, even if it silenced free speech?  Well, here it is, word for word from what Expat quoted.  < Video, Donald Trump Wants to Close Internet Up. >

As for the Russia hack, if our own cyber experts aren't enough for you, I guess if only we had Trump, on video, asking the Russians to hack.  Oh wait, he said that, too.  < Trump, 30 second mark: "Russia, if you're listening..." >

Is that enough proof, or do you need a signed affidavit from both Trump and Putin, with their birth certificates.   :sarcasm:  :p

No where in that does it state or confirm beyond a reasonable doubt.

Every news source I have read to date on this whole fiasco pretty much says the same thing.  Nothing but hypothesis or conjecture and nothing concrete.  After weeks of hearing this, I have written off the whole charade as mere BS and chicken-little-ism.

I distrust the Israelis a lot more than the Russians. They have more negative influence in U.S. matters than Russia ever could.

The overseers of the U.S. intelligence community have not embraced a CIA assessment that Russian cyber attacks were aimed at helping Republican President-elect Donald Trump win the 2016 election, three American officials said on Monday.

While the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) does not dispute the CIA's analysis of Russian hacking operations, it has not endorsed their assessment because of a lack of conclusive evidence that Moscow intended to boost Trump over Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton, said the officials, who declined to be named.

< ODNI >

QUOTE
"ODNI is not arguing that the agency (CIA) is wrong, only that they can't prove intent," said one of the three U.S. officials. "Of course they can't, absent agents in on the decision-making in Moscow."

But instead, lets politicize the hell out of this red herring.  Shouldn't most investigations such as this be done behind closed doors before making an announcement, to keep it from being politicized as it is being done now?

You quote Director of National Intelligence James Clapper who's also been hacked.

To say these hacks weren't used to influence election results is just the partisan in you..Why was it just the dirt on one party/candidate that was released to Wikileaks and fed to the public?

I'm sure it's because your candidate/party is as pure as the driven snow..

Trump believed Obama was born in Kenya without proof, and many conservatives now believe Clinton and Podesta have some kind of brothel in the basement of a pizza place, also without proof.  So how is it the experts from both private and public cyber forensics investigating aren't enough proof to those same people?   ???

"Reasonable doubt"?  We're not trying to convict Russia before an American jury.

That's the same thing Trump has said in response, but it wasn't the intelligence community to blame for that, it was politicians cherry-picking intelligence.  You didn't see the heads of the intelligence agencies themselves testifying to it, instead it was George W., Colin Powell, Cheney, etc.  If public intelligence agencies aren't enough, for much of the past year the private experts have been claiming it was also.
