Polls will open soon, most will be from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can view a sample ballot on this website:
< Ballot, MN Sec of State >

If you don't know where to vote, here's the official polling place finder:
< Poll Finder, MN Sec of State >

There's a race or two that can be less known; school board or judge races are something that doesn't hit the news as much.  So there's still time to check the sample ballot and do some research.

If it is so easy for Democrats to vote more than once, why don't you Republican's vote more than once?

I dare you to vote more than once during an election.. Are you chicken?

Republicans must be voting more than once since they had a really good night nationally..

I am quite happy that Walker got another term in Wis. :D
Posted by irisheyes on Nov. 05 2014,11:43 am
^Me too, Self-banished.  That way when people ask why Wisconsin's economy always seems to be worse than Minnesota, they'll see Walker in office and blame the Republicans for going after unions.  :;):

Minnesota's economy is doing well, we've had an all DFL government for two years and the economy and budget kept getting better.

Posted by irisheyes on Nov. 05 2014,11:47 am
It was a decent election season, democrats lost a few seats but I think we all expected the pendulum would swing that way somewhat.  If anything it'll leave us on a better footing for 2016.

For political junkies there was plenty of debates this time around.

Really? From my vantage numbers are still down.
But Gov. Mumbles will turn it around, just needs 4 more years :sarcasm:

The wasted taxpayer money on Mnsure alone should have disqualified any politician in MN who voted for it.

Any CEO spending money that recklessly and irresponsibly in the private sector would have been fired a long time ago.

...nuff said.

A decent election? IMHO, it was an azzkickin'. I said it ealer and I stand by it, it all depends on if this new crop has a set.

Buster can live with this, so true

I know, but that should prove that it's time for you to change the channel and stop going to Breitbart, WND, or any of the other websites that tell you the sky is falling.

He doesn't need another four years to turn the economy and the budget around, both are doing well already.  That's why he won a second term.

Doubtful CC, CEO's spend money recklessly and irresponsibly quite often without being fired.  If you don't believe me just let me know how many examples you'd like.

The occasional firings that do happen are followed by a golden parachute, so it's not quite the same as what happens in politics.

You think a community organizer is worse than this piece of crap?

((On March 19, 1997, investigators from the FBI, the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Health and Human Services served search warrants at Columbia/HCA facilities in El Paso and on dozens of doctors with suspected ties to the company. Following the raids, the Columbia/HCA board of directors forced Rick Scott to resign as chairman and CEO. He was paid a settlement of $9.88 million and left with 10 million shares of stock worth over $350 million
HCA also admitted fraudulently billing Medicare and other health programs by inflating the seriousness of diagnoses and to giving doctors partnerships in company hospitals as a kickback for the doctors referring patients to HCA. They filed false cost reports, fraudulently billing Medicare
In all, civil lawsuits cost HCA more than $2 billion to settle, by far the largest fraud settlement in US history.))

Now he's a two term Governor..

He's the vulture that created the conditions for crooks to thrive at the expense of the American People..

Posted by Self-Banished on Nov. 12 2014,7:28 am
Actually, I think the community organizer is a worse piece of sh!t, billions of dollars wasted, spending more money than any before him combined.

Apparently the voters that endorsed Scott had a reason, the voters that endorsed Buster and co. are stupid, according to Gruber. :dunce:

CEO's operate just like the drug cartels, they put lots of little dealers between themselves and the drug addict on the street so they can play dumb to any crimes..

They just blame the little guy and say "I know nothing".

By the way, welcome back from your "hissy fit"

The run off race was called in about 30mins for Cassidy.
Within 30mins, Cassidy had 58% to Miss Piggy's 42% and that was with only 35% reporting in.
Cassidy also had a 17 point lead on Miss Piggy before the election.  Was nice to see her with the look of being beat like a red headed step child, when she gave her concession speech 40 min. later.
