Albert Lea's CVB google result is below, an awesome display of a public funded FAIL, 
I knew they are needing cash, but this is just stupid!

They are using an older version of WordPress to run the site and that is the result of an injection attack against the wordpress publishing scripts. Sadly much like many of the other non-profit orgs in town, the person responsible for the site most likely can barely manage to get logged into a Facebook account, let alone understand the actual code and work to make a site run.
