Yesterday an officer was sent to deal with a badger in a live trap and it had been in there for 4 days. I wonder how you get an angry badger out of a live trap?

^Who goes to the trouble of having a sound suppressor (what most call a silencer) on their pistol when they're shooting a badger under the shed?

Actually so called silencers should be unregulated and sold as off the shelf items. Michigan's legislature just passed a bill allowing suppressors to be used. I think there are 20+ states that allow hunters to use suppressors. And some shooting ranges are beginning to require the use of suppressors. Making suppressors a class III item was stupid beyond belief and was illogical.
Isn't it odd that vehicles are required to be suppressed but when it comes to firearms it isn't?
The whole damn NFA and the GCA of '68 should be repealed all together.

I wonder when was the last time somebody was ticketed for loud exhaust was. And how can that even be considered even minimally "just". When you have motorcycles and car stereos that dwarf the output of any loud car exhaust.
Maybe loud guns, like loud pipes, save lives?
Or so "they" say.
