Gawd I love this! Check out this rap section from 2:17 to 2:42. Korean girl rap filtered through auto-tune and I am feeling it. I can do this.

You know, you guys really shouldn't close yourself off to new music. Some of this Asian K-pop is very good and really beautiful and goes right to the heart of the human soul.
What I've always appreciated about music is that it's truly color blind while at the same time honoring certain styles. This song allows me to peer just a little bit into the Asian  mind much like Spock could mind meld other beings and I like what I see. In many ways this culture honors and respects each other much more than we do as a whole.

Man, trying to get you people to open up to this is like pulling teeth.

Remember if I asked you if you remembered the boat people? My family sponsored a 14 year old boy in 1979. It made it possibe for him to live in Korea.  Hyuna is his daughter.

This is the most amazing thing. Koreans change their videos to appeal to the lucrative Japanese market. First up is the straight Korean version of this song, then watch the Japanese version, it's really interesting.

Now here's the Japanese version. Japanese men must like cupid dolls...

I'm not letting you off this easy. This is some good chit. Better than most Western music. We're losing it...even the culture.

Ever since 9/11 people have been floundering around and trying to come up with the song for New York. John Lennon loved New York and this is the song.

Does this snare drum sound as good to you as it does to me? Holy smokes, it just pops.
