I hope everyone's got their popcorn, their hot cocao maybe a warm fuzzy blanket.

Will Trump lose his cool?

Will Chairman Cow do a face plant?

As they enter the hallowed halls which for most of the day has been treated like a day long pep rally these two are dead even in the national polls.

Should be good.

Posted by Botto 82 on Sep. 26 2016,6:27 pm
Should be tripe.

Vague tough talk from Giant Douche will convince his throng of sixth-grade graduates that he won.

Turd Sandwich will package her "public" service stints as "experience," and skirt any issues of wrongdoing.

Nobody's mind will get changed by what happens. Network personalities and political wonks will dissect every nuance for their own edification, but the slack-jawed yokels in the audience have already made up their minds. The Nasty Habit could live-stream the men's room and have more political intrigue.

Have you guys ever heard of a cold? You could hear he was all stuffed up in the nose.  Geez.

Could be; it is contagious.

One of his great points of the night was that our economy is in a bubble, it's all a big house of cards waiting to fall.
Posted by Botto 82 on Sep. 27 2016,10:11 pm
Now they're bundling bad car loans, the way they did with bad real estate loans. That's where the next bubble will come from.

If The Buffoon had done his homework, he would have brought up Bill's repeal of Glass-Steagall, and not NAFTA, and the former had way more to do with the collapse of '08 than the latter. If he had anyone half awake on his debate prep team, they would have told him that. But like most buffoons, this one thinks he's smarter than everybody else, and probably didn't listen.

The one thing that did go off without a hitch was the obvious non-brand use when one candidate would reference the other. Trump's brand is Trump; she constantly referred to him as Donald. Clinton's brand is Hillary, but he kept calling her Secretary Clinton. Somewhere, people are getting paid big money for this kind of thinking.

Posted by Expatriate on Sep. 28 2016,7:13 am
^^^ you have to remember Trump is now representing the party of deregulation, President Clinton may have signed The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLBA), also known as the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, but this POS is Republican written and sponsored legislation that replaced the Glass–Steagall Act of 1933...this is what these guys do deregulate and rob the rubes..I wonder what kind of leverage they used on President Clinton, the whole Kenneth Star investigation seemed to fissile about this time...
Posted by Self-Banished on Sep. 28 2016,8:42 am
^^
What kind of leverage?? Threaten to withhold his hookers and blow?

It has a condescending matriarchal quality about it as well.
In regard to the 'bubble' comment. Economies are cyclical. They go up and down.

Donald already said he likes it when things tank than he can swoop in and pick up property for real cheap.

Gloom and doom and negativity are time honored campaign rhetoric fodder at all levels. Even grade school campaigns.

He also likes to use the word disaster.

His RNC was  a disaster. And his debate bit was a disaster. *sniffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

People will continue to hate on President Hillary Clinton even after she has left office. That just goes with the territory.

I do love it so, especially when they're just plain phuckin' stupid :dunce:

Yeah, it's cyclical alright. The unbiased :sarcasm: moderator opens up the debate preaching the bullsh!t of a grand and glorious economy, wow, how's that when te fed is considering even another round of quantitative easing? When we've had 8 years of suppressed interest rates? When our gov has increased debt to nightmarish proportions. Let's not forget cooked unemployment numbers, lowest home ownership in ages and 50 million living below the poverty line.

The average bull market lasts about 7 years, we're in year 8, I got your cyclical right here boy :finger:  the other shoe is about to drop.

Since I was a kid I've been an entrepreneur, watched prosperity and hardship and what's happening now I've never seen.

You just might be treated to an education in economics, boy.

But I suppose living in mommy' basement will insulate you.

Posted by hymiebravo on Sep. 28 2016,9:35 pm
You've bean here what. . .  10 years?

How many of these bubbles have we had in that time period.

What about all the end of the world scenarios before that?

You'll still be here in 5 years typing the same stoopid stuff making everyone dumber for even wasting their time  looking at your crap.

You 'almost' have last centuries debates figured out though.

Chairman cow seemed quite flustered at times.
