She was sentenced Aug. 2011, I thought it was a 3 and a half year sentence. About Feb. 2015 sounds close.

Yep, I think that's what some of Linda's victims said. When all the people who lost their life savings, lost their down payment on land or a home, they all said, "Hmmmmmmmm, interesting."
When the Humane Society suddenly lost out and there were animals they suddenly found out they couldn't help. Many of those animals paid the ultimate price for her transgressions and they all said,

Half-way house. They'll release her on home monitoring before the October release date. That will be her three year start date for her supervison. That's what I heard anyway.

Maybe at the state level. She'll do 85% of her sentence assuming she gets "good behavior". She'll qualify for no more than six months of halfway house, but usually 10% of original sentence (maybe 4-5 months here). I don't know, but if she claimed a drug or alcohol problem, there is a program to knock off up to one year, but doesn't seem like that here.
