This seems to be a "heated" debate between people when ever the temps drop below zero in this state. I am just curious to how many people actually KNOW the truth!

it's how cold it feels to your skin, not to inanimate objects...my truck says it's -7 outside, but the radio is telling me that the wind chill is -27...my brain is telling me to move to some place warmer

I remember as an 11 year old resting on a 3 point hog carrier when we were moving pigs in the middle of January. For some arsenine reason I stuck my tongue on the metal and had to have warm water poured on my tongue to break it free.
