President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on this date 49 years ago. Was Lee Harvey Oswald the man who pulled the trigger?

Jesse pointed out that on the film of the assassination that the three shots rang out within six seconds, and that no-one could get off three rounds in that time frame, given the crappy bolt-action rifle that Oswald supposedly used.

Just about done with Killing Kennedy (the book) and I would recommend it to anyone. Plenty of good factual, historical information in there to base your own opinions.
