I don't know about a heart of gold, but the Tutt certainly has a conscience. It's clear from the evidence she chose her victims with some forethought. She stole from the the dogs and older rich folks and people who could who wouldn't be completely destroyed it seems. I'll give her a hand on that...

You know, I gotta give her credit where credit is due. It's like she's walking through the offices firing a loaded AK-47 and she see's the poor janiter limping along and doesn't take shots at him.

It's time to put another Tutt misconception to rest. There's reports the Tutt gambled 2.4 million and lost 309,000. Well, those numbers only apply if she playing with all her own money. She was using the casino to launder her escrow thefts. She won 2 million dollars!

Queen Tutt has a cool million under her hubby's eye I'll bet. Oh brother is she gonna have a sweet Florida retirement. I should have been so lucky.

• The 12th transaction involved escrow funds intended for refinancing a mortgage given for property owned by David A. Johnson.

Court records state on June 21, about $25,000 was wired into Albert Lea Abstract’s main escrow account, and the company, agreed to serve as the settlement agent for the mortgage refinance.

After taking out agent fees for Albert Lea Abstract, there should have been a balance of about $14,000.

Records state Albert Lea Abstract issued checks to disburse the balance on June 21, however, there were insufficient funds in the account to cover the checks.

David was there closing the morning of the raid. His own personal accounts have been frozen as probly has the rest of the victims in the horrific chain of events.

This whole idea that each party hands all their money to this 3rd party business is just strange.  Why can't a bank perform the escrow function more safely under more controls? How are any of us ever suppose to be able to use a business like this in the future?

For real? You're incinuating that she should be seen as Robin Hood? :violin: Her victims had it coming? Her evident premeditation makes her a respectable crook?   I must be interpretting this wrong...

Ya, she's a Robin Hood. She steals from the rich and gives to herself.

Ms. Tuttle's "VICTIMS' have NO say about ANYTHING, no matter the charges!

I know Dave Johnson too and he is PI$$ED. He has nothing nice to say about the whole situation, if he was to see Linda Tuttle he would go off. He is seeing an attorney today. He had taken out a loan to buy a house in Nebraska she issued him check that morning before the raid, however a hold was issued and his bank account was frozen as he took that money and wired it to Nebraska to close the house. The wire could not be touched however his account was frozen and made overdrawn the amount of the wire.

Ya, but the Tutt gets to sell her home doesn't she? Gets to sell it and hide da money from creditors before she's found guilty. and her husband isn't gonna help her because he's a good guy...lol

What would be justice in some twilight zone, is if the Tutt sells her home and issues a check to HER abstracter and THAT person steals HER money.  :D

Maybe the house was the combined assets of her and her husband from a second marriage.  Should he have to loose everything he has too?  Maybe so, but it is a shame.  This woman's problem has hit allot of innocent by-standers, and the fact that some of them were rich is nothing to rejoice about.  Too bad William doesn't see it that way.  Hell his old man must have deserved what his illegal actions did to him.  You know he was richer that William, so it was right that he suffered a loss. :dunce:

Huh?  :dunno:

Are you insinuating that you know who I am in real life and in your mind your telling everyone who I really am or something along those lines?

Should this member be allowed to spew crap like this. If so I'm out of here. This isn't right and I want no part of it. I thought I'd give this site a chance but if this is the score and I believe it is,  I'm done here. I've had it with members violating forum policy and then be allowed to get by with it. Enough is enough. I'm done. My home has been broken into and I don't need that kind of crap locally. I won't be back to read responses so don't bother.

Let's not forget his vast knowledge about Mary Jane and all things that deal with the court system and how he is so much smarter than anyone else who posts here etc etc etc. I'm sure he'll find some other little teenage Disney queen to slobber over while he sits in Mom's basement.

The only thing Tuttle lost was her reputation before her gambling problem. It's priceless and free.   :dunce:
