l'd say America's not that stupid either, to vote for a candidate who got caught cheating in the primaries, who's incompetence got 4 people murdered, who along with her husband run a foundation that funnels millions of dollars to themselves or others for bribes, etc, etc,etc.She lost to Trump by a landslide of electoral votes but won the popular vote by what, 2.6 million? Roughly the population on Mpls-St Paul proper, chicken sh!t! Put in illegal immigrant voters, criminal voters, voters without ID's and ballot box stuffing which was embarassily exposed during the recounts in some states and the real winner of the popular vote is most likely Trump.
Are we safe with Trump? Who knows? Will he be sworn in Fri as our 45th president? Most assuredly. We have a chance that things will change for the better but also a chance that it'll all fall apart.
Exciting, isn't it?

Again, all you're doing is repeating a Trump tweet. I heard the RNC chair recently say Trump won by a landslide also. If someone said in 2000 that "Bush won by a landslide," I think they'd be making such claims from behind tinfoil and a rubber room.
Not only is it so rare to lose the majority of votes but somehow win the electoral that only a handful in the entire U.S. history have done so, but to lose it by millions of votes? If I recall Bush only lost by half a percent, Trump lost by about 4-6 times that margin. The only way he can justify it is to tweet another fictitious claim he made up, and hope his supporters will repeat it.

The above is full of every conservative media outlet and pundit freaking out over an Obama win, far worse than Democrats are now. I haven't seen any Democrats on TV pouring gasoline, saying "we'll be fighting bums with a bottle" or claiming they'll be dead or in jail because of this.
Feel free to search the archive though, plenty of you and others starting threads claiming Obama was a Kenyan, a Muslim, and just generally thinking the economy was going to lead to recession. When in fact, the Dems brought us out of recession (again).

Sadly, it is exactly this type of mindset and "trolling" that is the problem in this country today. To so many it has become a "if you don't think exactly like us you are a (fill in the blank)" There is no more even trying to find common ground and work together, it is all just I'm right, your wrong, and oh, by the way, you and anyone you support is an idiot and going to ruin America. No, continuing this uneducated, twitter attention span, mentality is what is pulling at the thread of our Republic that will become its downfall.

I believe the 24 hour news cycle (CNN) changed politics and later the internet. Politicians play to their base with constant coverage..
The Donald has lost support since being elected because he continually contradicts nearly everything that he said to get him elected.
I have never liked a liar and the Donald rarely tells the truth. Currently most people do not know where he stands on the majority of issues.
