I don't suppose there is a connection here with the shooting and Ted Nugent playing at the fair.

You know I'd have to say not posing a flight risk is probably pretty accurate considering that while his version of events might not seemingly add up the shooter did indeed report to the ranger station, called 911 and turned himself in. After a shooting in a secluded area, with no apparent witnesses, he most likely could have left the area and been half way to Timbuktu before anyone found the body.

Doesn't look good, the guy who's shot is in a locked car, with two bullet holes in the drivers side door, the car found to be in reverse. Sounds like he's fleeing...

Can't wait to hear at trial how it was just a coincidence that Easter had recent ties to Omaha-er and the guy he allegedly killed did too. And there was no connection to one another. That seems like the odds were be pretty high that that would occur.
But maybe it's just one of those things like the Lincoln–Kennedy coincidences urban legend -
