The kid is not complying, not threatening. The cop is a killer. He could have used a tazer. He is incompetent at best.

No sound though, I see the kid walking, first he pulls up his pants ( imagine that) then he keeps walking with his hand in his pocket. He does a spin, now did that happen when he was being shot or just before. The other thing that bothers me is 16 shots in 13 seconds, all on target. Granted the cop is close but that extreme speed? Hmmmm |
