Wow, what a news day,Turkey shoots down a Russian fighter,
Looks like the shooting at the Mpls precinct was the work of white supremists
The Chicago cop who shot the black teen 16 times last year is charged with 1st degree murder.
And this morning on the early news I saw Gov Dayton fondling a turkey.
Not a dull moment today

No, the individual shooter is responsible for the shooting. Unless we learn to take responsibility for our own actions, we might as well hang it up as a society.

Yes, personal responsibility, but when the flames are fanned by a political candidate that person is complicit in this travesty. The video Florina was touting has been debunked, though she probably believed this propagandist right-wing distributed tripe.Just like our forum bot (the breeze) who posts all the chain email distributed to him by the propagandists, many of these folks are receiving video, which they take as gospel truth..
My in-laws are right-wing fanatics, I've viewed a number of this type of right-wing hate media, it doesn't matter how outlandishly unbelievable this hate media is, the fanatics believe this stuff..
Unless we the people find common ground, a live and let live, find solidarity, things will never improve.
As for planned parenthood, what's the big beef?

Agreed.
Will Florina now be held accountable for her failure to verify the video, other than at the ballot box? Probably not. But the damage has been done---dead people in Colorado, more unfounded resentment and anger on both sides.
I see this video and other "bomb throwing" simply as tools used by desperate politicians, whether they believe it's true or not.
Incitement works among certain groups, those who "want to believe" due to desperate circumstances. Religious behavior blended with science & politics. Bad mix.
