Now that is funny. Maybe we need a memorial for every deer that is hit as well. Contact Dick Cheney and he'll get the contract.

Well what are they going to do with them? Can't break them within reason. I think if you look, it was the cattle ranchers that were doing the complaining. Hmm, cattle ranchers on federal land in the news again.
