I'm guessing that Craig Nelson will come out with an opinion on the dredge that will say that there was no intent to do anything dishonest. And I'm sure he won't want the staff giving back the "bonus" but I can't imagine how he will justify that. How can they legally keep the money if the watershed board had no legal authority to give them it?I had no idea that dredge was so large, I wonder where they store it.. Yep, it's crazy but if we don't like it we can always campaign against the politicians that appointed them.

It is easier to ask for forgiveness, than to ask permission. Funny thing, I haven't heard anyone ask for forgiveness, and was wondering if I just wasn't listening?
