If you'd have read snopes you'd see the simple fact that most junior high school kids could tell you. The federal government doesn't run elections, they're run by the individual states. 
They also showed that Soros has no money in that business, and the whole conspiracy theory is bunk.Tell us again about your advanced education?

I do like wiki for a starting point sometimes. But always check and recheck everything. Nice to start with though.

Wiki is NOT considered a reliable source by high schools or colleges in the U.S. anymore...Citation of wiki as a resource of information automatically results in a grade reduction...high school instructors and college professors make that very clear to their students.
