I've been thinking that we've been stagnating too long without any action. Isn't it high time we spend another $20 million dollars on something.
Any ideas?

Here are 4 to get things started...
1. New Library
2. Clean up the lakes
3. Invest in more meat packing plants to help the economy
4. just hand the rest over (in cash) to Sparky & the port authority, he would know what is best for us.
