I have no problem increasing security but this seems to be money they feel like they have to spend just because they can.

If they want increased security at the schools I don't have a problem with that preemptive measure.

You'd think someone at the School District would have the smarts to apply for a Federal Grant with funds available for just such a purpose.

I see Austin got $460,000, Minneapolis over $ 2 million,...Cookston MN 1.4 million..etc...
