So is Gropey Joe losing his faculties? No longer in control of his own thought process? I mean listening to the guy lately is painful enough but there’s the incident with the Pope and now floating an air biscuit in front of English royalty without thought of consequence.

Seems rather obvious that the 25th amendment be invoked.
