When it is stated that Covid-19 is peaking. So we're going to implement 'distance' learning again.
Why do they wait to do it?
Or is that like asking questions like:
Is that the lowest spot in Freeborn County where they put the 'new' fire station?
or -
Why has the state waited so long to do anything with main street?
stuff like that.
