Similar to Reagan and Ben Carson, people who are impressive stars at one point who become raging neo-cons in their twilight are a sad example of cognitive decline.
The above is really the only reason a man like Trump can become a popular nominee, while people like Kasich and Jeb are at the outer edge of the stage trying in vain to bring the audience back to reality.
