Giving You Something You Can Feel
Posted on: Sep. 29 2010,7:15 am by gijoeman

Good God I've got a good one to usher in fall. This woman taught me what music and soul was all about as a kid. Nobody is better than this. Sorry ladies...

I love the official recorded old version but this live version from 85' gets the same vibe. Damn she's good.

I got to give it up for this writer at the Tribune. I swear to God, it seems like every story I've clicked on she's written and it's interesting. It's like she's writing the whole damn paper over there!  :notworthy:

Vote for Demmer Because he Hugs Voters?
Funny she doesn't support local business
Posted on: Sep. 28 2010,5:08 pm by Liberal

The owner of Daisy Blue wrote a letter to the editor supporting Demmer and the letter had this in it.
QUOTE

If Albert Lea would like to see growth and prosperity, it should continue to look first to the small businesses that call Albert Lea and Freeborn County home, and those political leaders that will support us.

This is the same company that recently held their yearly convention in Minneapolis.

QUOTE

Jennie Wondra, a resident of Albert Lea, has been an independent business owner of Daisy Blue Naturals for less than four months. This year, she made the commitment to attend the company’s national convention, which is held in Minneapolis.
Daisy Blue Naturals recognizes their independent consultants with awards ranging from Top in Sales to Top in Team Building, as well as our First Time Attendees and Achiever’s Awards.
This year, Jennie Wondra was recognized with our Fast Start Achievement Award. Not only did she start her business quickly, she holds the record for the largest launch party which was over $1,500 in sales.
“It is with great joy that we recognize Jennie for her achievement.  She is a phenomenal woman, and I know we will continue to see great things from her,” states Jena Thompson, the president and CEO of Daisy Blue Naturals.
Daisy Blue Naturals is a local company that was founded in 2001 by Chemist Jena Thompson, who developed the very first products with a focus on truly natural, safe ingredients.
